We have been working together to make sure our digital collections and library site meet the technical standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 by the deadline of April 24th, 2026, and now we need to audit the PDFs attached to our VERSO pages towards this effort.

The following steps will guide you through how to remediate a PDF file for accessibility using Acrobat Pro.
